Our New Year's Eve celebration will begin Tuesday Afternoon December 31st with luxurious spa treatments, open bar during cocktail hour and after dinner. A plated, chef-prepared dinner will be served that evening.
New Years Eve Day will be filled with opportunities to indulge in our spa services, optional educational classes, and relaxing to prepare for an evening of celebrations.
NEW YEAR'S EVE night will be a black-tie event with elegant dresses and dapper gentlemen. We will start the evening with our Social/Cocktail hour at 6:00 pm complimented by an open bar. At 7 o'clock, a white-glove plated dinner will add an elegant touch as we continue to celebrate with other like-minded members.
The Mansion setting and decorated surroundings will take your mind and body to heights of erotic pleasures as you enjoy fine foods, exquisite wines, and delectable desserts. Following dinner there will be burlesque dancer(s) and dancing.

Your meals will be prepared by our very own Executive Chef, Vincent Fiore of "The Wiseguy Kitchen," and "Coast to Coast- Food, Fun, & Travel." He is a 6 time Telly Award recipient, a 4 time Taste Award recipient, Ferrara Flame Award, Peoples Choice Award for Best Chef/Host 2006 and 2019. In addition to taking care of the members of The Oasis Estate, Chef Vincent has been the Executive Chef for the Phillies MLB Baseball team during spring training and The Texas Rangers Triple A team. With over 30 years of creating sensational culinary experiences, members of Oasis Estate will be treated to a hybrid of true fine-dining and LS dining fun.
Following dinner, as the dancing continues, the clothing optional hot tub will come alive (weather permitting) with levels of eroticism that are only achieved after the time spent together enjoying the elegance and sophistication presented by Oasis Estate.

New Year's Eve at Oasis Estate includes check-in beginning at 12 pm with spa services, or 3:30
otherwise. There is a 6 o’clock Social/Cocktail hour with an open bar, and hors d’ oeuvres followed by a plated dinner.
Dinner service is at 7 o’clock with an additional 4 courses prepared by our celebrity chef and each course is paired
with a wine that has been personally selected by a true sommelier. Dancing and continued socializing follows dinner.
New Year's Day brunch is served 9-11 am.
Live entertainment during dinner, and a burlesque show after dinner will start your night in style. Our 26-meter resort pool surrounded by private cabanas, the steam sauna, and hot tub that will accommodate 20+ people are all popular spots both before and after dinner.
The after-dinner bar service is open until 12:30 am.
Amenities
Extra touches include cocktail/social hour with an open bar, and a brunch the following morning served with Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Our common areas not only allow for superb dining they also afford our guest an ample dance floor, and our trophy room is always a gathering area for great conversations.
Our guest rooms are appointed nicely and most have en-suite baths.
We also have a sauna and our pool & hot tub are great places to relax throughout your stay with us.
RESPECT
The Oasis Estate is foremost about RESPECT. This is our primary mantra. Respect is a word often reiterated but I believe rarely contemplated. Respect is a characteristic that must be intrinsic to an individual before they can manifest it to others. Self-respect exudes from an individual not as pomposity or arrogance, but rather as love and acceptance. However, acceptance is not about tolerating the things that should be intolerable. It is about acceptance of standards as well.
Dress Code (Varies by event):
- Formal Dinner Soirees: Gentlemen will wear a jacket, and tie. Ladies will wear cocktail dresses or formals.
- Black-tie Dinner Soirees: Gentlemen will wear black tuxedos. Ladies will wear floor/full-length formal dresses.
- Poolside Soirees: Gentlemen will wear dress shorts or slacks with a collared shirt. Further, gentlemen are not allowed to don swimwear unless entering the pool and are expected to return to appropriate gentlemanly attire at all other times. Ladies will wear swimsuits with sheer cover ups, cocktail dresses, or country club attire. Yes, the pool area is clothing optional.
- Late evening clothing changes: Following dinner there is always an interlude that affords a clothing change. We encourage ladies to wear elegant negligees and sheer apparel that piques curiosity and arousal. Gentlemen often acquire silk or satin pajamas and may change at their discretion as the evening progresses.
- Nudity: total nudity is not allowed in the common areas that include the formal dining area, foyer, formal living room, or trophy room. Nudity is allowed at the pool and hot tub areas. The upstairs guest rooms and Frolicking Room also allow for nudity.
- Denim and Cargo style clothing: These clothing items are NEVER ALLOWED.
